1. Private Enquiry Only

All pieces featured on this website are available by private enquiry only. Prices are not displayed online. Upon submission of an enquiry, a ZENITH concierge will respond with detailed information regarding availability and pricing.

2. Limited Editions

Each piece in the ZENITH collection is produced in strictly limited quantities. Rarity counts displayed ("1 of 3", "1 of 5", etc.) are accurate at the time of listing but are subject to change as pieces are acquired.

Once a limited edition is sold out, it will be marked accordingly. We do not produce additional pieces beyond the stated edition size.

3. Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces require a deposit before work commences. Delivery timelines vary by craft and are communicated during the consultation process. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

• Deposit: 50% of the total commission value
• Timeline: 3-12 months depending on complexity
• Revisions: Up to three fitting sessions included
• Completion: Final balance due upon delivery

4. Authenticity

All ZENITH creations are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a unique serial number. Our concierge can verify any piece's provenance upon request.

5. Lifetime Service

Each ZENITH piece carries a lifetime service guarantee. Maintenance and repairs are performed exclusively by our atelier artisans. Please contact concierge@zenith.com for service arrangements.

The lifetime service guarantee includes:

• Complimentary cleaning and inspection (annually)
• Repair of manufacturing defects
• Adjustment and fitting services
• Replacement of worn components (at cost)

6. Privacy

All client information is handled with the utmost discretion. We do not share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

ZENITH maintains a strict confidentiality policy regarding all client communications, purchases, and bespoke commissions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Geneva.

All transactions are conducted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise agreed. International clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ZENITH. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

ZENITH's designs are protected by international copyright and design laws. Each piece is an original creation.
